Beer Tavern - In existing wood structure.  Kept and worked with structure.

Wilmington, NC - ILM International Airport - ILM Architect

Expansion coffee shops and restaurants.  3d design submitted for approvals matches the final product.   

Universal Studios Hollywood, CA -  Theme Park - Design

Themed to match 1890 London on one side and Terminator 2 on the other side. All themes are skins to hide the structure of the multi use venue beyond.  Project designed on a parking structure and transitioning to the mountain the structure is attached to.

Manhattan Beach, CA - Towne Restaurant 

Placed a cabin in a warehouse to break up the space and the sounds. Solved the issues of noise and intimacy.
