Wilmington, NC - 26,000 s.f. facility with 6,000 s.f. banquet facility with rooftop terraces.  John D. Rees is a classic architect who designs every inch of the project including interior design and furniture selections.  Architect estimated cost at 3.65 million and the project bid was 3.55 million.  10k less than the estimate. Copper and all.  Every selection was by the architect.
